Escrow

The Escrow Account is a management service account established for a specific purpose between two parties in order to trade securities, contracts, receivables, or other type of transaction. The Escrow account is managed by FINAXIS Bank with independent and neutral manner until all contractual terms between the parties are met.

This service has the main benefit to mitigate counterparty risk with the guarantee of an independent contractor fulfilling the contractual terms defined; for example, control of receivables from the Bank, thus not requiring an operational structure.
